The Position: Our company is looking for a Registered Nurse to evaluate and provide care to incoming clients. Our company offers the following compensation and benefits:
- $70,000-$80,000 Depending on Experience
- $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities:
- 36 Hour Work Week
- Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday, 7:30-4:30 Or 8-5
- Monitors Health Conditions of Clients in Orientation Daily and Identification of and Reporting of Abnormal Symptoms and Vitals
- Monitors and Educates Staff and Clients Regarding Communicable Diseases
- Participates in Client Teaching According to the Client's Treatment Plan
- Works Closely with Client's Therapists in Order to Cohesively Achieve Client Goals
- Documents Nursing Care and Client States in Accordance with FSH Standards and Professional Standards of Care
- Attends All Relevant Employee Training Classes and Clinical Staff Meetings
Requirements:
- Active and Clear License in Utah as a Registered Nurse or LPN Pursuing RN
- Associates Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's Preferred
- Experience in Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health Preferred
