The Private Duty Nurse will provide one-on-one nursing care to a pediatric client, ensuring a high standard of health and wellness in her home. Responsibilities include gtube cares, suctioning, seizure monitoring and management, administering medication, monitoring client health, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves liaising with healthcare providers and familiy to ensure comprehensive and personalized care. Qualifications Must hold a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license Ability to pass a criminal background study Strong knowledge and skills in Medical and Nursing practices Effective communication, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and provide patient-centered care Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Detroit Lakes, MN Prior experience in home care or pediatric nursing is a plus Flexible Scheduling Calm, one-on-one care environment in the client's own home Comprehensive training and orientation with continued support from the RN Clinical Care Team #J-18808-Ljbffr
