MSN Nursing Instructor – Associate Director, Nursing School Ross Education, North Canton, OH – Office location in Canton, OH 44718. Position is on campus (not remote). This full‑time, daytime position reports to the Dean of Nursing and is part of the Nursing Program Leadership Team. The Associate Director of Nursing is responsible for maintaining curriculum components, providing an optimal learning environment, and occasionally teaching. Responsibilities Knowledge of nursing skills, lab equipment, teaching and instruction methods, and record‑keeping procedures. Provide training to faculty, staff, and students related to clinicals. Develop relationships with students to assist with questions and educational needs. Perform human resources management for assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, development, performance review, attendance, and time‑off procedures. Maintain health and safety precautions for faculty, staff, and students. Ensure compliance with all Ohio Board of Nursing (OBN) regulations related to class, lab, and clinical experiences. Facilitate daily on‑campus work and occasional travel to clinical locations. Full‑time, Monday – Friday, daytime schedule with regular hours. Benefits provided after a standard waiting period. Sufficient visual and auditory ability to operate computer equipment, use telephone, read materials, use whiteboard and classroom/office equipment; reasonable accommodations may be provided. Ability to use current technology to maintain student records. Effective communication skills in classroom and individual settings. Knowledge of curriculum materials and ability to communicate Ross curriculum. Ability to adapt quickly in fast‑paced work environment. Ability to achieve or maintain credential and/or licensure within expected time frames. Professional demeanor, dress, and conduct as a representative of Ross and a student mentor. Ability to remain objective and treat all students equally. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Perform related work as required.
