Position Summary

• Coordinates orientation & educational programs for clinical staff & serves as a resource to direct care staff, supporting growth and retention.
• Drives quality patient care with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Fosters interdepartmental collaboration to streamline processes and improve teamwork.
• Enhances staff development through proactive leadership & mentorship.
• Plays a key role in recruitment and retention efforts.
• Provides oversight for the provision of care, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Coordinates on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events to strengthen safety and operational effectiveness.

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Experience: 3 years of psychiatric nursing experience, with 1 year management experience
