Position: Nurse Location: Ain Harrouda Site, Morocco Company: SEWS CABIND (Part of Sumitomo Electric Group) Mission and Responsibilities: As the Nurse at the Ain Harrouda site in Morocco, you will be responsible for: Medical Assistance: Providing medical assistance to all company staff under the guidance of the occupational physician and social security manager. Health and Hygiene: Welcoming, assisting, and advising staff on health and hygiene matters. Regulatory Documentation: Maintaining regulatory documents, staff medical records, fitness sheets, and other relevant paperwork. Emergency Care: Providing emergency first aid to employees when required. Preventive Medicine Actions: Organizing preventive medicine actions such as hiring visits, radio screening, vaccinations, periodic analyses, and annual and return-to-work visits. Pharmaceutical Management: Managing pharmaceutical products and ensuring the maintenance of medical equipment. Preventive Medical Monitoring: Contributing to the preventive medical monitoring of exposed employees through periodic visits, biological analyses, and safety rule awareness. Medical and Health Records Monitoring: Monitoring and controlling medical records, health insurance, and work accident records. Sick Leave and Adjustments: Monitoring sick leave, requests for workstation adjustments, and contributing to the HR dashboard. Compliance with Code of Ethics and HSE Standards: Respecting and ensuring compliance with SEWS CABIND Maroc's Code of Ethics and HSE norms and standards. Continuous Improvement: Seeking excellence by committing and training colleagues and collaborators in a process of continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of Workplace Safety Standards and First Aid Techniques: Mastery of workplace safety standards and first aid techniques. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with staff and contribute to workplace health initiatives.
