Role Description This is a full-time on-site Nurse position located in Nacogdoches, TX. Qualifications Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration. Knowledge of developing and managing care plans and understanding treatment protocols. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and patient education. Attention to detail and documentation skills for maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment. Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas and CPR/BLS certification.
