Qualifications Must hold a valid Massachusetts Nursing License – RN or LPN. Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to high‑quality care. Benefits Pay range: $31.00 to $47.50 per hour, depending on experience. Sign‑on bonus of $12,000 for full‑time nurses (pro‑rated for part‑time).
