We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Or Physician Associate (PA) to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. For our Medford, Oregon location.

Pay depends on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on a high standard of care
• Diagnose and treat, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
• Provide follow up and health maintenance care to patients in accordance with established protocols or specific instructions from the supervising physician.

• Previous experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.

Usual patient load 12-15 patients/day.

Minimal overnight travel may be required

Shift/Schedule: Day shift, Monday - Friday (4 1/2 days/week), No hospital rounding or call

Work setting: Clinic / In-person

Ability to commute/relocate: Medford, OR: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
