-Outpatient practice with 10+ board certified primary care physicians supported by four Advanced Practitioners, medical and administrative professionals

-Monday-Friday schedule- no weekends!

-Requires 1-2 years of primary care experience
-Requires certification in Family Medicine and has an active Arizona license upon start date
-Salary in the range of $135,000-$145,000+ plus benefit package 
-FQHC community healthcare center with locations throughout greater Phoenix
-Mesa 500,000+ about 20 minutes outside of Scottsdale, AZ
