StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a physician-owned, full-scope dermatology group in Fayetteville Arkansas, to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join this dynamic group. This is a clinical role with surgical and procedural components, as well as general dermatology responsibilities. The provider will spend one clinical day per week at an office in Harrison, AR, with the remainder of time based in Fayetteville. This flagship location includes:

- An on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)\n\t
- In-house Mohs laboratory and dermatopathology\n\t
- Dedicated, experienced surgical support staff\n\t
- A strong regional presence with multiple satellite clinics\n
- \n\t
- Perform general Dermatology patient care (medical dermatology)\n\t
- Assist in surgical Dermatology, excisions, and reconstruction under supervision\n\t
- Aid in Mohs procedures (pre- and post-procedure care)\n\t
- Interpret diagnostic reports and liaise with in-house dermatopathology\n\t
- Provide cosmetic and aesthetic services (injectables, lasers, etc.) as appropriate\n\t
- Participate in patient follow-up, education, and continuity of care\n\t
- Collaborate with the physician team, surgical staff, and lab\n\t
- Cover the Harrison clinic one day per week (travel required)\n
- \n\t
- Minimum 2 years of APP experience in Dermatology under a board-certified Dermatologist\n\t
- Proven skill in dermatologic procedures, excisions, and familiarity with Mohs workflows\n\t
- Comfortable in a surgical environment and managing post-surgical patients\n\t
- Strong diagnostic, procedural, and communication skills\n\t
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Arkansas, with ability to obtain necessary state credentials\n\t
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centric dermatologic care\n

- Base salary (Year 1): $150,000 – $175,000\n\t
- Robust incentive plan, with potential to earn up to ~$300,000 total compensation based on production, quality, and performance metrics\n\t
