Location: Bullhead City, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Patient Load: Average of 20-25 patients per day
Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000 per year base salary, plus performance-based bonuses

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide Comprehensive Primary Care: Deliver primary care services across all ages with a focus on preventive care, health maintenance, and effective chronic disease management.
- Conduct Thorough Medical Assessments: Perform in-depth physical exams, review medical histories, and utilize advanced diagnostic tools for accurate assessments.
- Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique health needs.
- Educate and Empower Patients: Inform patients about their health conditions, preventive care options, and treatment plans, fostering active involvement in their care decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring continuity and high-quality service.
- Accurate EHR Documentation: Document patient encounters, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
- Stay Current with Medical Advancements: Engage in continuous learning to incorporate the latest evidence-based practices in your patient care.
- Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards to ensure quality and safe care.
Requirements
- Licensure: Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona.
- Education: NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
- DEA License: DEA license with no restrictions.
- Credentialing: Eligible for credentialing with Managed Care Organizations.
- Experience: Open to new graduates eager to develop their skills in a patient-centered setting.
