A leading long-term care group is looking for an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional geriatric care at a nursing home facility in South Frankfort, KY.

Key Duties:

• Full primary care services—consults, exams, prescriptions, and follow-ups
  
• Acute issue management & diagnosis formulation
  
• Work collaboratively with facility teams to maintain care standards
  

Requirements:

• Active Kentucky NP license & Board Certification
  
• Long-term care experience preferred
  

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
  
• No on call and no weekends!
  

What We Offer:
