As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will use your expertise to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive health strategies. Salary Range: $110,000 – $135,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories for acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using advanced clinical judgment and evidence-based practice
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, within scope of practice
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and overall wellness
  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Deliver patient-centered care in routine and urgent situations in Indian Trail clinic settings

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina (or eligibility)
  • National board certification (AANP or ANCC) in Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, or relevant specialty
  • Experience in urgent care, outpatient clinics, or primary care preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in diagnostics, acute care procedures, and patient communication
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional committed to compassionate care
