Nurse Practitioner Apply
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team in Indian Trail, NC. Salary Range: $110,000 – $135,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories for acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans using advanced clinical judgment and evidence-based practice
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, within scope of practice
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication adherence, and overall wellness
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Deliver patient-centered care in routine and urgent situations in Indian Trail clinic settings
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina (or eligibility)
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC) in Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, or relevant specialty
- Experience in urgent care, outpatient clinics, or primary care preferred
- Strong clinical skills in diagnostics, acute care procedures, and patient communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional committed to compassionate care
