Job Description:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
2. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
3. Develop and implement patient treatment plans
4. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with licensure and scope of practice
5. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
6. Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive care
7. Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
8. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
9. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
