Look for an enthusiastic experienced team player Advanced Practice Provider with experience with Chronic Pain patients, who is able to practice independently. Provider should be patient centered and a team player and willing to work within the practice framework. Provider should be comfortable with diagnosing and treating patients with chronic pain including but not limited to evaluation for spine interventions for the physicians, Medication (opioid and non-opioid) management, knee, shoulder, small joint and trigger point injections. Experience in office based chronic pain management as an APP is required. Growing practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

The higher range is if Provider is able to travel only.
