Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive care to primary care patients in an ambulatory setting
  • Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress
  • Provide coverage across clinics when regular providers are unavailable
  • Manage in-basket and urgent messages for providers who are off-site
  • Promote disease prevention and health education within the patient population
  • Perform physical exams and document findings accurately
  • Meet or exceed quality care standards and contribute to improvement initiatives
  • Maintain timely and accurate records using EMR and voice recognition tools
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
  • Stay current with clinical trends and participate in continuing education
  • Remain flexible with work location and patient population assignments
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate in Nursing Practice or Physician Assistant Studies
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ARNP or PA (preferred)
  • Active and unrestricted Washington State license as:
  • Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse
  • OR Physician Assistant
  • DEA certification
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
