About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Oregon. This is a full-time position in a well-supported, patient-focused outpatient setting.

New graduate NPs are welcome to apply! Structured onboarding and mentorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care to patients across the lifespan (Family NP) or adult/geriatric populations (Adult NP)

• Conduct exams, order labs/imaging, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care

• Emphasize preventive care and patient education

Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, outpatient role

• Monday–Friday, no weekends or call

• Collaborative, team-based environment

Requirements:

• Licensed or eligible for Nurse Practitioner licensure in Oregon

• Certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C)

• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
