M-F 4 x 10's (Monday - Friday, with alternating Monday and Friday's off) Full-time, Contract Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and OK license EMR: Cerner experience preferred but not required Notes: NP or PA accepted In-Office | Vinita, OK, United States Responsibilities Provide high-quality NP clinical care within on‑site settings, including assessments and treatment plans. Develop and manage patient pipelines to ensure steady patient flow and clinic targets. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records. Meet or exceed performance targets through proactive patient engagement and follow‑ups. Adhere to regulatory, safety, and confidentiality standards in all activities. Collaborate with physicians and team members to coordinate care and optimize outcomes. Lead patient education and counseling to promote self‑management and adherence. Maintain up‑to‑date clinical knowledge and pursue ongoing professional development. Utilize data and analytics to identify care gaps and drive targeted interventions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements. Demonstrate strong self‑management to work effectively within a merit‑based, results‑focused culture. Represent the clinic in community outreach and healthcare partnerships to expand reach. Experience/Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license with current board certification. Provide NP clinical care including assessments and treatment plans on‑site. Adhere to regulatory, safety, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA optional in region). Manage patient pipelines to ensure steady flow and clinic targets. Accurate documentation of all patient interactions in EMR systems.
