Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) Injector to join our esteemed team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong background in aesthetic medicine, particularly neurotoxin and dermal filler injections. The ideal candidate possesses an artistic eye, exceptional clinical skills, excellent patient rapport, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of care. You will perform comprehensive patient consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and administer a range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history review, aesthetic assessment, and discussion of patient goals and expectations.
  • Develop individualized, safe, and effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Educate patients comprehensively on proposed treatments, including expected outcomes, potential risks, benefits, and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Obtain informed consent prior to performing any procedures.
  • Expertly administer aesthetic injections, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®) and dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm®, Restylane® families).
  • Perform other aesthetic treatments as qualified and credentialed, potentially including [Optional: list others like microneedling, PRP, laser/light therapies if applicable].
  • Maintain meticulous, accurate, and timely patient charting and documentation in our EMR system.
  • Monitor patients for treatment response and manage any adverse reactions or complications according to established protocols.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements, techniques, products, and best practices in the field of aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and training.
  • Adhere strictly to all Florida state regulations, licensing requirements, medical protocols, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, other providers, and spa staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist with inventory management of injectables and other aesthetic supplies.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor and contribute positively to the spa's reputation and team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Current, active, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license issued by the State of Florida.
  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., FNP-C, AGNP-C, ANP-C) required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on experience performing aesthetic injections (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in facial anatomy, patient assessment, and advanced injection techniques.
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic principles and an "artistic eye" for achieving balanced, natural results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical practice.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.1
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Highly competitive hourly rate of $55.00 - $60.00, commensurate with experience.
  • Annual salary equivalent of $114,400 - $124,800 (based on 40 hours/week).
