Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Nurse Practitioner (Women’s Health) at Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, VA. This contract position offers: Full time Monday - Friday Paid Vacation Holidays Medical and Dental Benefits 401K Job Requirements: Degree/Education: A Bachelor degree in Nursing from an NLN accredited School of Nursing acceptable to the Surgeon General is mandatory. Current nursing license without restriction in one of the 50 states is mandatory. Masters Degree from an approved OB/GYN or women's health nurse practitioner program. Certifications: Must have American Red Cross BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers Course or American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers or Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Course. Additional Experience: Minimum of 24 months within the past 36 months of clinical practice experience. Board Certification: Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification with the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for Obstetrics, Gynecologic, and Neonatal Nursing Specialties. Licensure/Registration: Must have a current, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner.
