Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status by taking medical histories and performing physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, including prescribing medications and recommending treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health promotion, and self-management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and stay current with medical research and advances in nursing practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, students, and other healthcare providers as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid nurse practitioner license in the state of Washington or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and providing patient-centered care.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred, particularly in a clinical setting.
- Experience in specialty areas such as family practice, pediatrics, or gerontology is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize effectively.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
