Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse RN or LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals at St Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation. As a Nurse RN or LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on our patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical procedures
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment options
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients and their families

Work Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Shifts may vary, including days, evenings, and weekends, Shifts are 7am-7pm and 7pm - 7am

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate of $30 - $51 per hour
