The Medical City South Luzon is searching for compassionate and skilled Nurses to join our team and help deliver exceptional patient care. This role is responsible for providing medical care, monitoring patients’ conditions, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.TMC invests in the personal and professional development of our staff, providing them with the necessary technology, training, and voice to serve patients effectively while creating value for our organization.What’s The Role All About?Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.Observe and interpret the patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and maintain accurate patient charts.Adjust and administer patients’ medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.Inspect the facilities and maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.Assist surgeons during operations, as needed.Supervise and train nursing assistants.Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences, and trainings.Who Are We Looking For?An effective Nurse must possess the following skills:Patient Care: Ability to recognize and prioritize patient needs while adhering to physician directives.Medical Procedures: Competence in routine nursing tasks, medication administration, and emergency response.Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care.Operational Compliance: Follow all hospital procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and train junior staff and nursing assistants.Professional Development: Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and trainings.Ideally, candidates must be graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and possess a valid license to practice. Experienced professionals are preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for patient care are welcome to apply.
