Position: Nurse Supervisor (Nursing)

Pay Rate: $70/hr

Duration: 13 weeks contract

Shift: 8hr Nights

Guarantee Hours: 40

Job Summary:

The Nurse Supervisor will oversee nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires leadership in supervising staff, patient care management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards during rotating shifts.

• Must be able to work every other weekend
• Must float through out the facility on ALL units

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and manage patient care delivery.
• Assist in clinical decision-making and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams for patient care planning.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Handle staff scheduling, performance, and mentorship.
