Our client is looking for a Nursing Home Administrator to join their team!

  Job description
Our client is seeking an energetic experienced long term care administrator to oversee the operations of our 119-bed facility in Winslow, Arizona. The facility is privately owned and with the multiple corporate layers that can sometimes stagnate progress.

The Administrator will provide leadership and direction for the overall facility operations to ensure quality resident care in the accordance with all federal and state laws and regulations. Your duties will include overseeing financial operations, human resources, customer service, business development, and clinical operations. You will develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures necessary to optimize resident care, support services, public relations, financial viability, emergency preparedness and staff development. You will develop the annual budget in collaboration with management staff and the CEO and manage the budget throughout the year to ensure the highest practicable quality of care and services in the accordance with best business practice.

Essential functions:


• Orchestrate the operations of all departments within the facility into a finely honed team who collaborate for the greater good of the residents we care for every day.
• Define and manage the financial viability of the operations through the budget and financials.
• Able to interpret and assure compliance with the federal and state regulations as they apply to long-term care.
• The ability to be decisive independently and collaborative with the CEO in overall facility operations.
• Able to be successful in conflict resolution including de-escalation in challenging times.
• Be successfully customer service oriented with residents, families, staff and visitors.
• Display integrity, respect and professionalism at all times.
• Be effective in marketing strategies.

Qualifications
  • Hold a current Arizona Nursing Care Institution Administrator's License
  • 3 Plus years of experience as a Long-Term Care Administrator
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and practices
  • Extraordinary communication and management skills
  • Long term care: 3 years (Required)
  • Ability to Commute:
  • Winslow, AZ 86047 (Required)
