Responsibilities

The Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Director with the overall leadership responsibilities of the department in accordance with established nursing standards, philosophy and BSA mission/vision. The Nurse Manager serves as a vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as strives to achieve efficient, safe and cost effective patient care. 


Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.

  • BSN or actively enrolled/pursuing BSN, must complete within 24 months.

  • Current License as RN in State of Texas.

  • CPR and ACLS certified by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Three (3) years previous critical care experience
  • Previous leadership experience
