CompanyProvides professional nursing care to patients through the nursing process; responsible for the assigned educational components.Essential ResponsibilitiesImplements staff training, educational programs, and other AHNCI initiatives.Serves as clinical liaison for QI/EBP initiatives, regulatory preparation, and EMR facilitation.Precepts new hires to the AHNCI.Provides expert direct nursing care to complex patients.Contributes to the achievements of departmental, divisional, and organizational goals.Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with collaborative feedback to clinical services.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimumBachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degreeAct 34 Criminal Background Clearance CertificateAct 33 Child Abuse Clearance CertificateAct 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance CertificateCurrent State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).CPR certification3 years of assigned clinical specialty area experience3 years of computer experiencePreferredMaster's degree in Nursing EducationNursing specialty certification3 years of education experienceThe job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this job title.
