Company : Job Description : GENERAL OVERVIEW: Provides professional nursing care to patients through the nursing process; responsible for the assigned educational components. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Implements staff training, educational programs, and other AHNCI initiatives. (25%) Serves as clinical liaison for QI/EBP initiatives, regulatory preparation, and EMR facilitation. (25%) Precepts new hires to the AHNCI. (25%) Provides expert direct nursing care to complex patients. (10%) Contributes to the achievements of departmental, divisional, and organizational goals. (5%) Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with collaborative feedback to clinical services. (5%) Other duties as assigned. (5%) QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
