Requirements
Coordinates, monitors and supervises all aspects of the department’s safety, security and sanitation procedures on assigned shift.
Salary: $58,995 - $61,916/ annually
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
- ServSafe / Food Handlers certification preferred.
- Knowledge of work to be performed and the ability to communicate and work cooperatively with all members of the health care team.
- Ability to exercise judgment and use initiative in dealing with problems.
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and sanitation a plus.
- 3-5 years experience working in a hospital dietary department a plus.
- Must be extremely flexible in hours and days scheduled and willing to assist where needed.
- Must be able to motivate and direct others.
- Exhibits an ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital as required by the specific job duties and function.
Education:
- Associates Degree Required, Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
