Experience:
- Rehab Optima Experience Preferred.
- SNF experience preferred
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- An active, unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(COTA) license from any U.S. State or Territory
Shift: Mon-Fri. Days
Vaccinations: Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
