Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days,8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 8
Shift Notes: Monday-Friday, 8.30a-5p. 40hrs scheduled, 32hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements: Every 4th Weekend/Holiday coverage as needed
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: COVID vaccinations are not required, however strongly encouraged.

** A permanent address must be included in the profile. The address must match the Driver License/State ID. The address will be validated during the compliance process. Travelers from the following counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments (Perm address must be included in profile):

- Min. 3 years CURRENT XRay experience
- Operating room experience is strongly preferred
- Previous/Current travel experience strongly encouraged
- NYS license & ARRT (R)
- EPIC EMR
