LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a well-established NYC plaintiff personal injury firm with 40+ years in practice and a strong reputation in the space. They are adding a Team Lead attorney to oversee a high-volume litigation team in their Manhattan office. You will be stepping into a leadership role. You will be mentoring and leading a group of junior attorneys on ~200 active cases (mostly motor vehicle, med mal, and premises liability) with strong paralegal support. You may still be involved in litigation from time to time, but no first-chair trial experience is required. This is a chance to guide strategy and manage workflow. The culture is supportive and close-knit, built on collaboration and consistent multi-million dollar recoveries for clients. This is an in-office role because the firm values face-to-face mentorship and teamwork. Compensation is $150K–$200K base (DOE) plus bonus (around 5% on settled cases + discretionary bonus) and 35% on originations, so the earning potential is strong. Importantly, this is a true leadership track within a stable, long-standing firm. It’s ideal for a plaintiff’s attorney who wants more responsibility, autonomy, and a voice in litigation strategy – without the pressure of litigating matters day to day or heavy business development. 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury with prior settlement experience as an attorney required. NY bar required.
