Brooklyn based tea company, DONA, is seeking a full time NYC Sales Manager to join our small team.
This person will be responsible for opening new accounts & adding on tea to existing chai concentrate accounts.
The job is a balance of sales visits, administrative work, and community events.

The ideal candidate will be organized, independent, outgoing and eager to be part of a small but fast growing team.
Most days include field work.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Visiting coffee shops & restaurants
  • Tracking leads and logging cases
  • Opening accounts
  • Identifying potential accounts
  • Engaging with the coffee community
  • Attending community events
  • Monthly reporting

Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great at connecting with new people, think professional social butterfly
  • Interest in the food & beverage industry
  • Experience in the coffee industry is a plus

Compensation:

Full time, Salaried with bonus

Starting salary range 50K-60K based on experience
