As the Obstetrics Nurse Manager, your weekly schedule will include two 12-hour clinical shifts as an RN and two administrative days, totaling 40 hours per week. In this role, you will:

• Manage department staff, oversee policies, and address day-to-day operational challenges within the OB unit.
• Provide direction and leadership in maternity and newborn care, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for both patients and staff.

Department Details:
Our facility averages one birth per day, with two RNs on shift. This position reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN license with the Arizona State Board of Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience demonstrating leadership and supervisory skills
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred but not required
• Relocation to the Globe, AZ area is required
