RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Serve as Occupational Reliability Program & Training Compliance Coordinator under a Senior Consultant Labor Category to provide Occupational Reliability & Training Compliance aligned with NAICS: 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. Establish, implement, and maintain Contractor Occupational Reliability Program (ORP). Identify positions requiring ORP certification per AR 190-11 and local guidance. Conduct background checks, interviews, documentation validation and maintain secure files. Track and ensure 100% compliance with required training: AT Level I, OPSEC, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120, 40 CFR 265.16, 49 CFR 172.704. Submit certificates to COR within mandated timelines (10 days or as specified). Maintain training documentation onsite for Government inspection. Develop and maintain Quality Control Plan (QCP) training elements. Coordinate with KO/COR for approval of Government-directed training. Location: South West Region, at or near Fort Bliss, TX. Work site address: 1741 Marshall Road, Fort Bliss, TX 79916. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years compliance, safety, or workforce reliability program management. 3+ years supporting Army or DoD programs. Experience with HAZMAT regulatory compliance preferred. Experience managing inspection programs and audit responses. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Safety Management, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience). OSHA HAZWOPER certification preferred. Familiarity with DoD SAPR training standards required. SKILLS REQUIRED Regulatory compliance management (OSHA/EPA/DOT). ORP program administration. Training record management systems. Policy development and SOP drafting. Audit preparation and inspection readiness. Strong documentation and records control. High integrity and reliability.
