Full-Time Occupational Therapist in Oregon

Make a lasting impact as an Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. In this role, you'll collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized therapy tailored to individual needs.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Patient Volume: 7 patients per day (35 visits per week)
• Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Key Duties:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate physical, cognitive, and emotional health.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in alignment with patient goals and physician recommendations.
• Provide specialized interventions, including therapeutic exercises, ADL training, cognitive support, and environmental modifications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans to optimize outcomes.
• Stay up to date on best practices in occupational therapy and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Oregon.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong understanding of current occupational therapy practices and regulations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software.
