Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Role $1,300-$1,400 per week
Are you a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking to make a meaningful impact? Join our team in Wellington, Texas, where you’ll help residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life in a supportive and collaborative Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering treatment plans tailored to residents’ needs.
- Help residents improve their daily living and functional skills through therapeutic interventions.
- Provide hands-on care and monitor progress to ensure therapy goals are met.
- Document treatment sessions accurately and in compliance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Texas.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for helping residents achieve their therapy goals.
