Job Overview:
Medadventures is seeking a motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Ballinger, Texas. In this role, you’ll work closely with the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to residents, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in carrying out treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve residents’ daily living and mobility skills.
- Monitor and document patient progress to ensure effective treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support progress.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
