Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Oregon

In this position, you'll help residents regain functional independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy programs that meet their unique needs and goals.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Patient Volume: 7 patients per day / 35 patient visits per week
• Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Key Duties:

• Assess residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to develop tailored therapy strategies.
• Design and implement treatment plans that align with residents’ personal goals and medical guidance.
• Track progress, adapt plans as needed, and celebrate milestones with residents.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements

How To Qualify:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software.
• Strong knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and regulations.
