Job Description:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
3. Implement therapeutic programs to improve motor skills, coordination, strength, and daily living skills.
4. Assist patients in relearning self-care activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating.
5. Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
6. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
7. Educate patients and family members on therapy techniques and home care strategies.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
9. Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
10. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies.
