Full Time Occupational Therapist

Are you a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist looking to join a supportive and innovative healthcare environment? Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist in Antioch, CA to provide exceptional therapy services to our diverse patient population. Your role will be pivotal in enabling individuals to achieve their personal health and wellness goals.

In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Salary

$120,000 to $130,000 a year with full benefits

 

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9am to 5pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities and functional limitations using standardized assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, resident goals, and physician orders
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, activities of daily living training, cognitive retraining, and environmental modifications
  • Monitor and document resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain current knowledge of occupational therapy practice and relevant regulations

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
  • Knowledge of current occupational therapy practice standards and regulations
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software
