Medford Children's Therapy is currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational therapist to join our team as a full-time employee.

We are a group of experienced, creative, dynamic, and team-oriented occupational and physical therapists who are very passionate about what we do and the families we serve in our community. We serve patients across Southern Oregon, the Oregon Coast, and Northern California.   • Position Available: Full-time Permanent Position Available
  • Full-Time: 30+ hours a week - Immediate Opening.
  • Salary Range: $54,166.67- $94,444.44/annually, based on experience and client hours

Full-time benefits: Full-Time permanent employees are eligible for:

Qualifications:
  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university,
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License
  • CPR certification
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards

Responsibilities
:
  • Willingness to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

We have now been serving the community for over 35 years and our services include pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health therapy, and naturopathic care. We combine the latest, most effective treatment and techniques to address the unique needs of each individual we serve. Our programs serve the whole person, not just one aspect of their development.We have grown to include 8 clinics throughout the state of Oregon. Seven clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, Canby ,and Clackamas). One in Medford with our partner, Medford Childrens Therapy.
