Details:
- Position Available: Full-time Permanent Position Available
- Full-Time: 30+ hours a week - Immediate Opening.
- Salary Range: $54,166.67- $94,444.44/annually, based on experience and client hours

Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university,
- State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License
- CPR certification
- Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to utilize a play-based approach
- Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment
- Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards
Responsibilities:
- Willingness to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services
- Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals
- Collaborate with members of the clients care team
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
