Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Description:

1. Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to determine treatment needs
2. Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
3. Help patients improve skills for daily living, work, and leisure activities
4. Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment or assistive devices
5. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home exercises
6. Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations and treatment
8. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, and other healthcare professionals
9. Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
