Join Us as an Occupational Therapist

Location: North Brunswick Township, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Join us as an Occupational Therapist and help patients strengthen the skills they need to manage everyday activities more safely and effectively. This role includes assessment, treatment, patient education, and collaboration with the care team. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys direct patient work and values a straightforward, weekday schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations
• Create therapy plans that reflect patient goals and functional needs
• Deliver treatments focused on daily living, mobility, and coordination
• Instruct patients on exercises, routines, and adaptive strategies
• Recommend assistive devices or environmental modifications as needed
• Document patient sessions and progress clearly
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support continuity of care

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
• NBCOT certification required
• Prior clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
