The Occupational Therapist's primary goals are to restore and maximize function, facilitate activities of daily living after disabilities have occurred in order to prevent further restrictions of function and to help the client reach his/her maximum performance level within the limits of his/her capabilities. The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs. This individual also performs other duties as assigned consistent with skills and training for this position in alignment with the goals and mission of Pathways Home Health & Hospice. Territory Details: San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City and neighboring cities as needed.
