Position: PRN Occupational Therapist - Home Health
Location: Orange and/or Seminole County, FL
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' daily living activities, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their homes, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to maximize independence.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
- CPR certification.
- Proven experience in home health or a related setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
