Job Title: Occupational Therapist 

Reports To: Director of Rehabilitation
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $42 - $53 hourly

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will evaluate, treat, and support patients in regaining independence and functional abilities. This role involves supervising OT Assistants and Rehab Techs, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treatments based on physician referrals
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and progress
• Participate actively in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Ensure compliance with state and national regulatory standards
• Travel between facilities as required

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current and valid state OT license
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
