• Program Implementation: Follow established treatment protocols and individualized education plans (IEPs) where applicable.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Occupational Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active certification as a COTA.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
