Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Execution
- Lead end-to-end OCM strategy for enterprise digital transformation programs
- Establish change management frameworks, methods, and toolkits aligned with organizational objectives
- Develop adoption strategies that minimize resistance and accelerate value realization
- Conduct impact assessments across processes, technology, organizational structure, and culture
- Apply structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci) to support program delivery
- Define milestones, KPIs, and success metrics to track readiness, adoption, and effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment across diverse groups toward a unified transformation vision
- Translate business needs into actionable change strategies and recommendations
- Lead development and execution of enterprise communication plans
- Deliver executive-level presentations and facilitate workshops and change forums
- Lead change initiatives tied to Enterprise Data Warehouse / Lakehouse implementations
- Support rollout of analytics operating models, governance structures, and workflows
- Design transition roadmaps from legacy environments to modern data platforms
- Define success metrics to measure adoption, utilization, and organizational maturity
- Communicate complex analytics concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives
- Coach leaders and managers on effective change leadership practices
- Participate in resource planning, prioritization, and program governance activities
- Manage multiple initiatives while balancing timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Design and implement training programs that build capability and readiness across teams
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer, skill development, and role transition readiness
- Maintain proficiency in tools supporting transformation programs and customer deployments
- Continuously refine OCM frameworks, templates, and methodologies to improve outcomes
- Promote best practices for organizational adoption and change sustainability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or technology environments leading large-scale organizational change initiatives
- Proven experience in client-facing roles managing enterprise stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to influence across all organizational levels without formal authority
- Certification in a recognized change management methodology (Prosci preferred)
- Domain expertise in Data Analytics and AI/ML ecosystems
- Experience supporting higher education or corporate learning environments
- Exposure to enterprise analytics transformation programs or data platform modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, adoption metrics, and transformation performance reporting
