Office & Accounting Manager - HYBRID
Location: Clewiston, FL (PARTIAL REMOTE)
A 3rd-generation, premier South Florida nursery and tree farm is growing and looking for a Bilingual Office & Accounting Manager become the operational backbone of our business. This is a hybrid remote position with in-office hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; remote on Tuesday and Thursday.
This position is the center of the operation serving as the link between the field and office—keeping crews, equipment, and job sites aligned while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Will take ownership of proposals, scheduling, permitting, logistics, invoicing, accounting, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
Seeking a take-charge, problem-solving person who is organized, forward-thinking, and adept to many moving pieces. Must be tech-savvy to institute automation and standard process and procedures into the daily business.

REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ yrs experience in office management. accounting, operations, logistics, and scheduling
- Construction, landscaping, or a similar industry is a must.
- Strong communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Google Workspace and QuickBooks; Arborgold or LMN experience is a plus.
- Clean background and credit check with stable work history
Salary: $65K–$85K + year-end bonus
